Buying
Unless otherwise stated, you don't own purchased lyrics,
but are paying a license fee to use them. Credit must be given to author. Please make sure to look at the author's rights stated in the description of all lyrics.
Individual license fees are set by the respective owners, not Original Lyrics For Music.
Some authors might decide to sell their lyrics outright for full rights. Again, look closely at the lyrics description box for details.
If nothing is said about rights, then please always assume that you are just paying a license fee to use the lyrics.
Although it is currently free to browse lyrics, at any time there could be a subscription fee put in place, in order to access lyrics in the future.
Selling
You MUST submit copyrighted material.
Original Lyrics For Music will keep 15% of the
final license fee price. The other 85% goes right to you!
Unless you specifically state otherwise, you are selling license fees for buyers to use your lyrics. By default you always retain full rights to your lyrics.
If you choose to sell your lyrics outright for full rights, then please explain that in your item's decription box.
If you choose to display a full preview of your lyrics, then please understand that it is at your own risk. We cannot protect them from theft, but some authors might wish to use this method as exposure.
Although it is currently free for authors to sell their lyrics, there could be a selling fee per-song, put in place in the future.
The Small Print
Upon submission, we do not own your lyrics,
and are not responsible for the misuse
or misinterpretation of them.
Your use of this site does not grant you
ownership of any of it's content.
We will never distribute any of your
information to anyone at anytime.
This site is operated by The Frank Grasso Network. Under no circumstances will Frank Grasso Network be liable
for any damages or loss of profits, which result from the use
of the content within Original Lyrics For Music.
Payments
Our system will track sales for you.
Once you have made sales, you may request a payout, which is handled through Paypal.
Any money owed to you will be AFTER Paypal has gotten their fees.
Although not required, we do ask that you wait three months before requesting any payouts.
